I ordered two books as Christmas presents on Dec 7 2010. One book was free when you purchased another book at regular club prices. Back and forth, back and forth, customer service is sending me emails that they cannot charge my credit card. I keep explaining to them that I have the correct cc on file and that they are making a mistake. They keep giving me the run aqround.
