AT&T

A third party named Odyssey Streaming radio billed me through AT&T for services I never requested. When I called AT&T the customer service agent blamed my son who "must be on Facebook and clicking" on things which may sign me up for these companies. I asked if this was legal his answer was vague. I see other complaints about OSR here and they were all billed through AT&T. Does AT&T have some sort of arrangements with these fraudulent companies? many of us who are busy may not examine the bulky AT&T bill line by line every month, so does AT&T get some sort of kick backs? read full review »

I received an email from this company about my account. I would have sent this type of emails to scam file but I opened it this time. They were billing me $14.95 on January 4 2011 unless I called the above number to cancel. I had never heard of this company. A very rude man answered the number and insisted that I signed up for their service and got a gift card $25 from Best Buy, Home Depot or Walmart. When I told him I never requested their services, he said he would cancel the subscription. When I asked if I had been billed already, he said yes on December 7th. The billing is through AT&T. He finally agreed to refund my money. read full review »
