I bought a 40" Sony Bravia on November 29th, 2010. I called Sony Style to inquire about when the TV would be delivered. They told me it would come December 3rd, which then became December 4th, which then turned into December 6th and then promised on Decmber. 7th. On December 7th, the shipper called to say that the TV was lost. I went to the Sony store to get a refund. They said they would be glad to refund it since it was lost.
