NOW I see WHY there is no way to reach this company by phone, ONLY by email!!! Ordered Biofreeze from them on NOVEMBER 18, 2010, & just received my order on DECEMBER 29, 2010, SIX WEEKS LATER!! NO contact from them, stating there would be a delay. When I finally found a way to email them, I was told (via email) that because their prices are low, they often run out of stock.
