Bank of america has been misleading me. I have a rental property that needs to be modified. They had approved it twice with another Arm Loan. I did not accept it. They also gave me 3 month trial last June 2010. After that They did not give my loan. Then they said it is not my primary residence, then all of a sudden I felt misled. They first tell me to go on default to modify loan to modify it. Then they say it is not my primary reisdence, after approving loan mod twice in the past. My husband and I are married and we want t olive together. The ICE program for immigration or courts are not willing to allow my husband to live with me.. We have been together 5 1/2 yrs and married 2 1/2 years. We have submitted for him to transfer here to Orange County from Oakland CA. This is affecting my finances..
