I ordered flowers for relatives for Christmas. They did not make it on time. I called them and they apologised and said they would get there immediately. They never delivered the flowers. It turns out they internally cancelled the order and not only never informed me, they told me otherwise. When i spoke with them they said they could not figure out how to get the flowers to the location requested. My relatives are easy to find and easy to locate on map quest. They just quite.
