I was contacted by phone by the National Magazine Exchange to purchase magazines. I attempted to decline repeatedly. And they c0ntinue to pressure me, when I told them that I didn't have a credit card in which to put money down, then they offered me a pay option via mail. Once the first invoice came, I decided that I really didn't want to purchase any magazines and decided not to send in any money. They sent more invoices offering other payment options.
