i was charge 14.95 for overnight delivery, this is what i wanted, however i did not get this product untill four days later, , they agreed this was a mistake and ask if i want to received a check in 30 days or get a service date extention, well dont do this, it turns all there doing is changing your billing date, and your not getting anything back in your pocket back, also learn from this phone call 611 calls to them are not free, they do cost you air time, , so after 1.5 hours later i give up, this was a manager and this is all she was able... read full review »
