I had an almost zero balance when first equity sold. When deetocard took over, we were sent a special offer to transfer balance, so we did. Thus began the nightmare! I tried paying online many times and no website came up and no way to access payments. Obviously mailing payments in takes longer time, and now am constantly charged LARGE late fees even after paying a payment and the interest rate has skyrocketed.
