Purchased an Ipod touch in 2009 with a 2 yr. repair plan. At that time the sales rep said it would also cover replacement. Had to send the ipod out for repair, ii came back with just a firmware upgrade and not repaired. Brought it back and was sent out again, this time they replaced the battery and still not working right.
