2 incidences occured within short period. 1st incident : I did a cancellation air tickets due to medical reason with doctor's letter and accepted & approved by Air Asia to refund the air tickets fund in the form of credit voucher for next booking. However, I was given wrong info about the cancellation fee which is RM10 per item (I got 3 items means fee should be RM30 deducted from the refund ticket fare).
