I received the netbook from eglobalwireless 20 days after purchase. I cannot get anyone from the company to assist with the WIFI issue...then I got so fed up that I planned to return the product only to find out that the company charges a 25% restocking fee on returns! This is ridiculous. The netbook is for my son who only wants to play online games with it...does anyone have answers?! read full review »
