2 weeks ago, My dad went to cancel our ADSL at Telkom Phoenix Plaza. He also asked for the line to be converted to "Waya Waya". Before leaving Telkom, the guy said to my dad that everything was sorted, but when my dad arrived home, he found that the line was inactive (this was a perfect working line before he went to Telkom). So we went back to telkom later that evening and explained to the guys that the line went dead after they had did the change over.
