Agreed to a free water test. After 4.5 hours of sales pitch I finally agreed to the water softner. They installed the next day. Installer really excited about showing me the -dirt- in my water. I had no water pressure in my kitchen, I barely had water at all in my kitchen. The installer took my faucet apart and broke it. The faucet would not shut off. The installer left.
