Buyer Beware! TicketsNow charges excessive rates for shows and concerts. I bought tickets for a performance in Pittsburgh. TicketsNow charged $149.00 for $49.95 seats! A 300% mark-up. Their company's terms and conditions do say that they may charge "susbstantially higher" amounts than the face value of tickets. Believe it! They do! Your best bet is to bypass this company altogether (it is owned by Ticketmaster) and buy directly from the box office of the performance venue. read full review »
