I ordered 3 starter kits of Wen, Chaz Dean. I made it very clear I didn't want any other orders. I've have to call several times about the order was mixed up. By the 3rd call, I was told everything was corrected. I recieved another UNWANTED order in the mail. Called again and was told $ 47.44 was taken from my account without authorization.
