I've called Cricket Wireless concerning my account that I've had for 2 years and for the last 3 months since 10/15 - 12/15/2010...It all started when i transferred my account to another cell phone.After the transfer was completed, Cricket deactivated my ring back tones and I called customer service to find out why and they said it was their mistake and told me I had to activate it again.When I activated the tones they would waive the amount and I wouldn't be charged which never happened and I still got charged for it!
