I had placed an order on their website on Dec 23, 2010, was suppose to receive a confirmation number, said shipping would take 4-7 days. My account on their weebsite says it's still "unshipped". They have my $15o from my credit card, and still no tracking # or merchandise. They have no customer service dept, address, or pnone #. I have read several complaints from other consumers saying they took their money also and has yet to receive anything. Read that AFTER the fact. And come to find out, they are located in China. This is definitely a scam, I'm out $150 and seems there is nothing I can do about it. read full review »
