1 year ago a Homedics back messager pinched my wife so hard-the two rollers came together-that it pinched something internally and caused bleeding. She had to go to the emergency room to have it checked out. Homedics asked for the pillow to be returned which we did-over a year ago. Yet they still can't "get an answer" from their insurance company as to what to do? I would say the product is unsafe and they should pay for the unit and the medical bills its caused... read full review »
