I rented ONE book from the company, and they are not able to provide me with a tracking number for the book. They said that because they didn't have the book in stock they had to order it from a 3rd party, who does not provide a tracking number. I have dealt with individual sellers on Ebay, as well as MULTIPLE companies, and NEVER have I EVER NOT been provided with a tracking number. FOr a company who uses shipping as their primary means of getting their product to the consumer, I think this is ridiculous. I called four times yesterday... read full review »
