First off I should have read the previous complaints before buying from GateCrafters so I could save myself the drama of no service after you buy. Once they have your money they don't care. We had to make a return and replace a part, they said they would send out the new one and deduct the cost from what we were returning, after three calls and the new part not being mailed out they said it had to be paid for first before mailing, not a problem but that is not what they said.
