Dont ever buy an electronic item from a Zoom Vending machine - especially at Macy's. The return policy - which they do NOT tell you when you buy - is ONLY through Zoom Systems. Zoom Systems makes you call in to an 800 number, fill out a form over the phone, then wait 10 days to get an email telling you how to return the product - at your expense and insured - to them.
