Purchased 3 things beginning of Nov, got them shipped to Viaddress. USPS said delivery tried 15th Nov and then finally delivered 29th Nov. Even though the items were delivered, they never appeared in my suite, Viaddress finally recorded the last one as been delivered 15th Dec. Great I thought, things are moving along. Another email explained they had just changed premises and received a massive backlog of deliveries, this in part could explain the delay (but the customer service side is still really poor).
