Do not use this company. They are quick to collect the rents but the service in response is shoddy at best. THey charged me thousands of dollars to do repairs that I have now had to redo at my own expense to fix the problems they created. They replaced two heaters and instead of replacing them where they were, they placed them in the hallways of the individual apartment units so that no furniture could be moved down the hallways of the units.
