My experience with this company appears to be identical to that of dozens of other Dino Direct victims. You pay for the order and you are informed that you will recieve tracking info within 48 hours of SHIPMENT. You wait a few weeks and since you have recieved nothing you try to contact the company. You check your order number and it says " Unpaid"...but you paid (if you're lucky" by Paypal. Up to a week ago, you could converse online with a representative...you can't now.
