My daughter was sent a $70 Wal-Mart money card from her grandma in N.C. When she tried to use it the 1st time in the machine at our local Wal-Mart in port orchard Washington, it was denied, do to my daughter hit 1 number wrong in the pin #. So I called the phone number on the back of the card, and they said I would have to wait several days to use the card. We waited and tried again to no avail.
