My husband reviewed several WEB design companies and decided to go with HIT. In October, 2010 we paid 1/2 up front and HIT was supposed to start working on our site. They never did. They DO NOT return phone calls, they DO NOT reply to e-mails. We are 3 months into this and we have NOTHING. We thought that because we will owed them several hundred dollars they might produce something, however, today I logged onto our banking and saw that HIT took $19.99 for "WEB Hosting".
