THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPOFF'S -----DO NOT CALL THEM!!! THEY CHARGED ME 275.00 FOR A 4IN FLUE PIPE(20.00 at home depot or similiar) I had installation done by licenced plumber!! i had a defective water heater-sears said they would replace and reinstall for no charge!!! sherman plumbing from union nj came and said there were 4 things wrong, they couldnt install unless they fixed them!!! 375.00. Managed to bargin with them for 275.00. ther was nothing wrong in the first place!!! but if i didnt pay, they would not install new one!!!
