I was surprised when I called to order and wasn't asked for any measurements since these were supposedley custom fit jeans. I ordered two pair in 2 different sizes. I also got the body shaper which was free but S&H was $10. I paid for express shipping since 1 pair was a gift. I mentioned to my daughter I had ordered them and she said she almost called to order a pair but she looked them up on the internet first and there were too many complaints about customer service and refund rip-offs.
