I have a checking account with bb&t, even though there is no local branch. I opened the account, because my employer had planned on transfering me to louisville. The Customer Service was nice and professional at first. I ended up having two things, come through as payments. Which drew my account over, I called the call center, to see if they could maybe work with me or remove the fees or take off a fee.
