I have paid CNY1, 478.54 using my credit card to buy coach bag which advertise in website. The advertisement not mention it was company from China until I realize when appeared in my credit card statement. Until now I never received the bag which I ordered. The company promised I will received the items within 4 days. The company also promise will sent confirmation to my email before I approved to debit from my account. It's also never happen and the company debit my account without my approval. I only have proof on my account statement. I feels the company cheating me. How I can get my money back?
