Someone has stolen my identity and has been making many charges against my ex-wife's bank account. So far all charges have been refunded by the bank and now this generic check has shown up on my ex-wife's account for 14.00 for a recurring membership. I do not even know what it is for and am doing research to find out what POG SavingPays Recurring Membership is.
