WATCH YOUR CHECKBOOK WITH MOZY BACKUP! I tried Mozy backup for a few months in 2009. I thought they sucked. The server was always offline, the backup process failed continually and the customer service had lame excuses for all the problems. I canceled my account and recieved a refund. I went with Carbonite and I have lived happily backed up ever since. Now it's the beginning of 2010 and Mozy has just billed my canceled account and taken $108.90 from my checking account.
