I had requested for international roaming and was confirmed it has been done by the customer care. After coming to Singapore I found that it is not working. I had Called (ISD) customer service and was again confirmed it would be working within 24 hours. Nothing happened. Tried compalining via e-mail. The response which I am getting back suggests that either the airtel person replying back does not understand english or simply he or she is tring to keep on playing till i stop writing! read full review »
