My husband died in 97 and In August 09 I refinanced my home in my name, previously it was in my husbands name, he was the primary borrower and I was the co-borrower. I applied for the tax incentive refund and after being jerked around and lied to numerous times and sending my information in in triplicate 5 seperate times I am still waiting. the last 3 times I got smart and sent it registered. Every time they, tell me a different lie and tell me I have to wait 45-90 days. The IRS is full of it, they think I will just roll over and forget it. I don't care if it takes 20 years I am going to keep persuing it. read full review »
