In 1994, not even engaging in any type of medical prevention, Sylvia Pannetta let numerous Karosel Kennels puppies became dehydrated and die slowly. She claimed not to know anything about Parvo vaccine's. A Vetinarian, Dr. Page had to give her a "mini-seminar presentation" about parvo and treatments.
