Save yourself the stress, money, and time. My experience was awful and I'm still battling with this. I ordered flowers for my friend who was having surgery through their website. I specifically requested an after 2:30 pm (post surgery) delivery for Tuesday 12/9/08 to be sent directly to the hospital.
