On the 10th January 2009 i ordered the Disney 100 years of Magic Dvd collection. $350 australian dollars was debited from my credit card on the 12th jan. i received an email on the 19th Jan stating that my order was being processed and I'd receive my tracking number in the next 3-5 days. I still haven't as yet received anything, not even a response to my numerous emails (almost one a day) regarding my order. the website is still up and running and i can still log into my account and view my order details. i have been on forum... read full review »
