My girlfriend bought a Kenmore washer from Sears Model # 110.29422801. A week after the one year warranty on the unit ended she had an issue with the washer not moving from rinse to the spin cycle. When she called Sears, they refused to fix her problem for free given that her warranty had expired only a WEEK prior to the purchase date. Now here we are less than six months after having the same issue again.
