Ms. Sands informed me in a brusque manner to “step away from the area because she did not want to embarrass me in front of the other guests”. At this point I was incensed and already embarrassed as were my family members. My children were concerned, about the intrusion as well as her tone, and asked me if there was a problem? I explained to Mr. Bronson what had occurred and the two instances where Ms. Sands singled my, daughter and I out of the other guests in the hotel to verify our presence there.
