Open an account since 2006, i admit i am not an active user but i do use it to perform transaction online like paypal and purchase goods from other website. The last time i checked, i still have a total of USD400 plus from both my checking and saving account. Just now when i try to log in from the website but unavailable. After i called, only i know they already closed my accounts without notification and saying i still owe the bank money! i am so shock! for god's sake, is Chase bank so poor that they have to rip me off my only savings of USD400 plus??? read full review »
