Bought Microbeam flashlight3 pack in 2007. Used two flashlights, and after they failed, switched to third. After six weeks of use, third flashlight malfunctioned. Brookstone refused to exchange. Very unpleasant considering each flashlight individually costs $20 and was useless. Item must cost Brookstone almost nothing, and is tiny to send out.
