Ordered a pair of ugg boots online per prestashop company. Recieved the boots and they were too large. Had two weeks to return. Ordered a new pair in a different size that fit well the day the too large boots arrived to make the two week cut-off date. Unable to return first pair of boots because the return address is in Chinese. Contacted the e-mail site for the Chinese company and they have given me three different excuses why the boots can't be returned.
