It is important that the word get out about this company, especially to homeowners whose mortgages are purchased by Nationstar. We received word that our mortgage was sold from our old company approximately 15 days prior to the transfer. The letter instructed us to send payments to Nationstar after December 1st. Since I always send my payment prior to the 1st and had received no correspondence from Nationstar with a new loan number, I sent the payment in to my old company in time for it to be processed.
