The site looks good, and has good deals on the face of it. However, I placed an order on 9th July and was promised delivery on 21st (awaiting stock). Nothing received or heard by 10 August so contacted them and was promised delivery would be prioritised and sent on 17 August. Emailed on 1 Sept and asked to cancel, advised that order could not be changed as already sent. This was then confirmed on my request, but when I check the online tracking I am informed it is still in the warehouse awaiting delivery. Still no goods nearly 8 weeks after delivery was promised. read full review »
