Even though they are based out of SC, USA, Most of their inventory ships from China. The product I purchased was missing components and their customer service couldn't even tell me what model the product I was looking at buying was. The product shipped quickly but arrived dented in places. Returning the product even with the missing components and defects was terrible as they charged me a 15% restocking fee. read full review »
