The right hand doesn't know what the left hands doing - I ordered a 3 volume set of EVERWOOD DVD's from this company, there are supposed to be 89 episodes on 20 DVD's. My order arrived it was damaged and there was only 2 volumes.I e-mailed them straight away on the day that they arrived, they assured me that they would send out a replacement order plus a prepaid envelope to return the others, the second order arrived minus volume 3 and no envelope, I got on to them again and they assured me that shipping had been informed and I... read full review »
