This company took over 1500 dollars from our family to refinance our home. We were in contact with Jeff Brooks and all of a sudden didn't hear from him anymore. We were in the middle of figuring out if we could refinance and he stated that if he couldn't get us refied that we would recieve a full refund of our money. When I went to get ahold of him or the business, the phone numbers didn't work, no emails worked, nothing worked.
