I ordered the Chef Basket $14.99, with the $4.99 upgrade to stainless steel. I clicked on the "No" box for a list of other options they offered. After entering my credit card info, without letting me review my order, it charged me $63.92 for a number of extra items that I did not order. I called their customer service number 800-777-4034 and was told by my Verizon provider that this call could not be completed.
