Bought Ugg boots from this site on November 4th. First they charge your card shipping without letting you know until after. Second after canceling within 24 hrs the refund never came. It was the established that they would just send the boots so all $$ would not be lost. Hence 8 weeks and they refuse to comminicate and no boots or refund.
